The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ throughout the world needs leaders. Leaders must be “laborers together with God” (1 Corinthians 3:9). Without the power of the Triune Godhead in the planning, practices and programs within the church, the leadership labors in vain for spiritual results. Truly, the leader, especially the pastor, must immerse himself in prayer, preparation in preaching and the propagation of the Gospel.
